In fact, I designed this eBook for such a highly specialized audience, so let me clear up some things.
I had no intention of making it anything more than a personal journal. But after working with athletes and clients and seeing the results, I knew I had something. I knew I had a resource that I would have given anything to have back when I was in pain . So I formulated the ideas into a book (free preview below). GUT CHECK: How bad do you want it? I trained myself to "forget" everything I thought I knew. Truth be told, I never put any focus on the knee itself. I worked without fancy braces. Without magical medicines. Without extravagant equipment. Just a few bands, a few ideas, and a lot of experimentation . I developed a systematic approach to fixing knee pain that I have since used to cure not only myself, but dozens of other people (see the testimonials below).

For a long time I thought my knees were at fault, so I tried the popular rehabilitation methods. I did the leg extensions and banded stretches. I trained my Vastus Medialis Oblique (VMO) with terminal knee extensions and peterson step ups. I did more hip dominant lifts in the weight room. I lived by those theories , but I also died by them!
